Nestled in Grand Beach, this attractive house for $903 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Panoramic views of Lake MI from floor-to-ceiling windows are only the beginning! A mixture of Midcentury Modern design and warm wood tones create an inviting lakefront enclave for families and friends. Large grassy backyard, sun deck leading to private beach, outdoor shower! Interior open social spaces overlook Lake MI. Main ensuite has queen bed + 2 additional bedrooms to sleep 10 total. Dedicated workspace. Less than 90 mins from Chicago and near New Buffalo upscale shops, restaurants. THE SPACE Keck Hill is a unique, Midcentury Modern home designed by visionary architects William and George Fred Keck. Set against a panoramic backdrop of endless Lake Michigan views just outside New Buffalo, the showstopper at this stunning house is the amazing view that can be enjoyed from nearly every room. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the main social spaces beautifully showcase vistas of the lake’s endless shoreline, and the outdoor living spaces include a private sand beach, sun deck, and outdoor shower. An open kitchen stocked with a deluxe housewares package anchors one end of the main living space with granite counters, top-of-the-line appliances, and large island with bar seating. In the middle, the dining area makes a statement when enjoying meals with 180° panoramic views. On the far end of the room a plush seating area is ideal for relaxing by the fireplace, but this takes a backseat to even more Lake MI views. Walkout access to the sundeck and private beach guarantees you can hit the water in less than 30 seconds! Down the hall you’ll find a second living room w/ wet bar and café table, a dedicated workspace and the home’s 3 bedrooms. The primary suite has a queen bed and bathroom with a free-standing tub, dual vanity sink, and walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms sleep a total of 7 with 1 queen bed and 1 twin in one, and 2 bunk beds in the other. A second full bath with shower/tub combo is shared by these rooms. Need to wash clothes during your stay? There is a full laundry room with separate washer & dryer and a laundry sink as well. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This home is only rentable seasonally from May 1 - Oct 1, 2024. To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation. The minimum age to rent this home is 25. Pets are not allowed at this home. Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

this was the perfect home for our first ever sibling reunion. The 9 of us fit perfectly comfortably and had ample space for cooking, dining, playing games and of course gazing at the gorgeous sunsets. Close proximity to restaurants and wineries/breweries. We would have loved more of a beach for laying out and playing games but we did enjoy sitting there and on the deck

My family and our friends had a wonderful weekend here. We have kids ages 3-11yrs and they all loved the house. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us. The views and beach access were absolutely perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked so making meals was very easy. We will definitely be back!

Celebrating my dad’s birthday at the lake house was amazing. Beautiful sunsets and surrounding neighborhoods. We had an amazing time.
