Situated in Grand Beach, this charming house for $1,335 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to Decked Out! This incredible newly renovated home has everything you need for your dream vacation. It's both bright and beautiful and is perfectly located in the quaint and idyllic Village of Grand Beach. With its floor to ceiling windows throughout, this open concept home is flooded with an abundance of natural light. This home was thoughtfully renovated with families in mind as there is plenty of room to hang out together or find your own nook to relax in. The state-of-the-art kitchen has a large expansive L shaped island complete with a beverage fridge along with seating for 8pp. Directly across from the kitchen is the dining area, also with seating for 8pp. Both areas open to the beautiful family room. There is a main level guest room with a king bed. The second level is also home to the primary bedroom with an en-suite, and three other guest bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two sets of bunk beds. These threw guest bedrooms share a beautiful large bathroom with a double vanity, tub, and shower. As you make your way to the lower level you will find two additional gathering spots. As seen in the photos, one area has a ping pong table, the other has a bar, fireplace, and TV area. Go a bit further and there is yet another guest room with a queen bed. The windows on the lower level are all above grade which lets in loads of natural light. As if it couldn't get any better, step outside to the rooftop deck where you will find a large hot tub, seating area with pergola and string lights, a fire table completes the area. This home is a true gem that sits just one block from the beach in one direction and one block to the golf course, playground, tennis, basketball, and pickle ball courts in the other direction. We absolutely loved our stay in this property. Gina was super friendly and cool. House was very clean and had a ton of space for us to have a guys weekend. Would recommend to any friends trying to have a get together!

We had a big group of friends stay with children. Lots of living space and nice sized bedrooms. Back patio was a favorite. Kitchen is ready for at home meals and includes spices! Even included many items for toddlers which made travel easier. Gina was so great and helpful with our many questions. Always very quick to reply. Quick walk to the beach and easy drive to public beach with lots of restaurants and breweries close by. Park in walking distance for kids. Highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay The house is within walking distance to the lake It is very spacious and clean. There were a few drawbacks, however. One of the bedrooms on the lower floor should have had an attached bathroom. Sound easily traveled throughout the house due to lack of insulation and hollow core doors. At the price point it would have been nice to have had the use of a golf cart. Overall, though we can recommend the property and would stay there again

This is a beautiful property and perfect for a large family (ours totals 14). There’s plenty of space in clean, contemporary surroundings. The upper deck with whirlpool is a gem - we spent many pre-dinner hours relaxing there from the day. It’s a short 1 block walk from the beach (bring water shoes - it’s stony but lovely). The owner is helpful and responsive. Overall, a wonderful week!

Great stay at another house Gina manages. We love grand beach. Quiet and walkable neighborhood. Close to walkout on beach but is small and great for viewing the lake. Kitchen/dining/living room layout roomy and Allows for visiting while preparing food. Plentiful comfortable bar seating in kitchen. 2 outside decks. Basement has seating area too. Our group of 8 had Plenty of bedrooms to spread out in.

We had the perfect weekend away at this house! The house is just as beautiful as the pictures and it is extremely clean. It was stocked with everything we needed and it is a great location. Communication was quick and we would love to go back.
