Spend your Summer days with the sand between your toes or splashing around in the private heated pool, in the Fall take in the colorful foliage and venture to a nearby brewery, winery or go horseback riding. Pack the kids and the sleds in the Winter and head for the hills. In the Spring, check out some great hiking at the local State Park and play one of the great golf courses in the area. Family of 6 with 2 young children. House was fabulous, great location to beach and playground. Warm pool and lots of wildlife. Close to town, restaurants and grocery store. We will be back. Thanks Gina

What a great home!!! The house is lovely..great layout, super clean and well appointed. We celebrated my girlfriends birthday, loved the heated pool, grilling, playing games and enjoying New Buffalo. Highly recommend this property for your next Michigan trip! Thanks!!

Our family had a fantastic long weekend at this Grand Beach home with a pool. The house was very roomy and well equipped. A wonderfully equipped kitchen to cook and converse with our family encourages the togetherness for everyone. There is a large dining table and plenty of seating for everyone. All the bedrooms were large and had very nice bed linens. The bathrooms are new and very nicely done. The pool area was also clean and lots of chair options- lounge/ sun chairs, umbrella table and couch area. Only a short walk to the beach was a bonus for our nightly sunset watch party. We will definitely be back for another visit.

I have rented multiple times from Gina, but this was the first time at this house and we had a wonderful time. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had, and even arranged for us to be able to arrive a few hours early to enjoy the sunshine! The pictures look exactly like the home did when we arrived.

When our Mexico vaca was cancelled 3 days before we were to leave, we scrambled to find a place with a beach that wasn’t a 15 hour drive from MIssouri! We got the jackpot with Gina and this beautiful home in Grand Beach on Lake Michigan. House was wonderful and stocked with everything we needed. Heated pool was the best for cool nights and when windy conditions made lake swimming unsafe. Teenagers loved it! We will be back!

Our family of 5 adults and a 17 month old had a wonderful time in this home. We enjoyed the beautifully decorated and stocked home, the living space was perfect and the pool was our own bit of heaven. The area is full of great restaurants, beaches, kayaking, shopping,- anything you want. Our host Gina was a delight to work with and was available whenever we needed her. We highly recommend staying in Grand Beach! You won’t regret it!

Enjoyed our stay, this was a return visit from last year..wonderful house for family's ..we all had good sleeping arrangements ..kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 tables 2 negatives ...was too much mulch near the pool..we kept getting it on our feet and in house and only 1 beach access ..and very rocky

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental! The house was perfect and the private pool was the cherry on top. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn't longer! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Home was a lovely get away for a cold weekend. Four bedrooms, large living area. We’ll hopefully be back in the summer. Gina is fabulous - came over on a Saturday night to help with a TV issue. Very attentive and thoughtful.

We had a great long weekend getaway with our kids and grandkids. The house was very clean and had plenty of room. We wanted a heated pool for our grandkids even though it was early October. Although the weather wasn't the greatest, they loved the warm water anyway. They also loved the playground which was just a short walk away. Although the house wasn't on the water, it was only half a block away. The Grand Beach neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. We had a couple of issues on arrival and Gina, the property manager, was right there to help us. She was great at offering suggestions for things to do and even brought us everything we needed to build a fire in the firepit and cook s'mores. Overall, we loved the house and the location and would definitely come back again.
