The home offers two levels of living space with a wood-burning fireplace in the great room with soaring 20-foot ceilings. Outside you have a 6-person hot tub, brand new private fire pit, a large grill, and deck space with patio furniture for six. The high-end kitchen has a large granite countertop island with six comfy seats and a wine fridge to hold all of your beverages. Every utensil you could need, including a Keurig, a Melita coffee maker, and a blender for mixed drinks, is present. In the early morning and at supper, time deer will wander through the neighborhood.. Sit a while on the front porch and rock your cares away. The owners of this home have made sure to provide the best possible experience for their guests, so you are sure to enjoy it. We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Bring food, drinks, personal items, and the good times. This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, dishwashers, central heat, and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, high-speed Internet service, and outdoor gas or charcoal grills. We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not supply firewood for homes that have wood-fueled amenities like a fire pit or a wood-burning fireplace. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom -- so plan according to your needs. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay. Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking. This property is Dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee per stay, per dog ( 2 dog max) is assessed during the booking process.
