Nestled in Raleigh, this attractive house for $179 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Artist’s Abode is a well appointed townhome right in the heart of NC state centennial campus! With 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths there is room for everyone. Newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Enjoy large bedrooms w/tons of natural light! Large living room and dining area for 6. Close to Dorthea Dix park, Pullen park, RDU,Downtown & Glenwood south! Pet friendly & walkable you will love this location! All NC state fans welcome! When you enter the townhome, you immediately feel inspired! With artwork and comfortable furnishings throughout, you won’t want to leave! Enjoy the fully stocked, renovated kitchen, LVP, flooring and large dining area. Enjoy the large living room with a smart TV and seating for everyone! There’s also a half bath on the first floor. All the bedrooms are extremely large with dressers and closet storage. The master bedroom with king bed, and incredible natural light has a master suite with attached bath with shower. The other two queen bedrooms are large and bright share the hall bath with tub and shower combo. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, smart TVs, and tons of storage. Freshly painted and a newly renovated you will enjoy this home to share with family and friends. Come for family events, concerts, graduations, vacations, and more! This is the perfect spot that’s close to everything.

Stacy’s place was perfect for my groups stay. It is close to downtown Raleigh and PNC Arena. She was great - very easy to communicate with and sent us all the information we needed

Great location, very nice 2 story townhouse, worked perfectly for our visit. We will stay here again. Good to have a homebase when we visit our daughter.

Condo misleading from outside although very cozy and comfortable inside. Beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the artwork throughout place and the throws on couch and chairs were a nice touch! Walking distance to restaurants which was great! Would love to stay again next time we are in Raleigh.

Great stay. The property was exactly as listed. No unpleasant surprises. Very clean. Furnishings were nice and not purchased “just to get by as a rental” furnishings. Great for any activities near the NC State campus area, but still quiet and well appointed. Great proximity to Cary, NC Museum of Art, fairgrounds and the arboretum.

Our overall stay was great. The property was very clean and with things to make your stay comfortable. However there was a strong odor similar to mothballs as you come into the rental. It’s was strongest in the upstairs bathroom but lingered throughout the house. The location to NCSU and surrounding areas was great.

Cindy was so responsive and quick to answer on my many questions. We loved staying at her place, great location, and she even provided a pack and play for my baby girl. Will definitely stay with her again!
