Nestled in Tortolita, this charming house for $200 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to the luxurious “Think Tank” in Tucson, where guests can indulge in a pampering experience fit for royalty. This private oasis is the ideal getaway for discerning adults seeking tranquility and for business travelers looking for a serene respite. Nestled on a sprawling 1-acre estate, this exclusive property boasts an exceptional level of privacy and ample space to unwind. Tucson Audubon has designated this home as a “sanctuary home,” thanks to the lush vegetation and feeders that support the local bird wildlife. Step into your own private wing and relax in a cozy king bed that is free of harmful chemicals. You’ll have access to a private bath and tub combo, a dedicated workspace with high-speed gigabit and reliable Wi-Fi, a full-size weight gym with an infrared sauna, a yoga and Pilates studio with red light therapy, and a meditation area. Soft linens and towels, plush terry cloth robes, and slippers are provided for your ultimate comfort. The “Think Tank” is designed to enhance brain performance and support detoxification, as well as local wildlife, through the use of clean furniture, linens, filtered water, building, bath, laundry, cleaning, and products provided. Enjoy a serene atmosphere with unobstructed mountain views and take advantage of stargazing and outdoor meditations. Outside, you can marvel at the stunning mountain and sunset views while enjoying the great horned owls that frequently visit outside guest bed windows, hummingbirds, Monarchs, and Roadrunners. There is a fence around the perimeter of the property to keep wildlife at bay, and seed and hummingbird feeders are located around the property for your viewing pleasure. The patio area is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate with a saltwater hot tub with light therapy and a saltwater unheated pool (often used as hot/cold therapy). Relax in a large 2-person hammock, chairs, and a lounge couch or gather around the wood fire pit for some extra warmth. The property is located just 2 miles from the library, post office, supermarket, drugstore, and casual/fine dining. It is also conveniently located 10 miles from Marana private airport, Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain golf, and their world-renowned spa, and just 15 miles from downtown Tucson. To enhance your stay, the hosts offer an array of additional services including a Model 3 Tesla rental, an outdoor cinema experience with a 10x20 ft. projector and surround sound with bonfire and s’mores, and a heated saltwater pool to therapeutic temperature (Please message the hosts for more information and availability.)
