Located in La Clusaz, this 120 m² apartment in a traditional mountain chalet (with another small apartment) accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, another with a double bed and dressing area, a third with a double bed and wardrobe, plus 2 adjoining attic rooms accessible by ladder, featuring 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The chalet offers a private fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, programmable pyrolytic oven, microwave, raclette and fondue sets. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, baby cot, high chair, fireplace, library, and a dedicated 16 m² workspace on the mezzanine overlooking the living area.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on site. Pets are allowed upon prior agreement and under strict conditions. Parties are permitted with prior approval. A shared storage room is available for your ski equipment.
The chalet is close to the Combe des Juments chairlift with ski-in/ski-out access, 100 m from the Transval, 300 m from the Étale Télémix, and 50 m from a shuttle stop serving the entire Aravis area. Authentic atmosphere with fireplace, old wood, and antique furniture. Bed and household linen provided on arrival (excluding bath and hand towels).
