It was quirky. We really liked the vibe, the decor was great. Full TV, surround Amazon music, dart board for a bit of fun. Lovely bath. Two good double bedrooms plus a twin. Easy access to Exeter Quay. All really good.
A little bit male, ie no dressing table for ladies.

It was deceptively spacious inside, very well equipped with an interesting, quirky and fun decor.
A cute twin room for kids and a lovely small outside space.
Plenty of towels and nice to have some milk, tea, coffee and snacks provided.
Liked the lighting, lots of options...lamps, spotlights, sidelight.
Communication from host was great.
The beds/bedlinen wasn't particularly comfortable and the sofa had collapsed.
The shower control to adjust water temperature initially got stuck so water was too hot.
Too many air fresheners everywhere although the place did smell damp.

It was well equipped, comfortable and it was easy to walk to the Quays for a drink, or into Exeter. It was big enough for 4 of us.
The decor was off putting as was all the fake foliage. The back yard wasn’t as shown in the photos as it’s largely taken up by a shed. The property felt a little run down and unloved, as did the immediate area around the house. I felt it was expensive for the quality of the fixtures/fittings.

Good location. Quirky house - definitely a bit of a man cave. Air con in the main bedroom was great.
The double bed in the main bedroom upstaits was very uncomfortable. I woke up with backache every morning. I'm small (not overweight) but I fely like I was lying in a hole.
