Overall was clean (except black mold in the shower), things were pretty new and the apartment had two aircos and a washing machine.
We liked the location, was close to the lake and the walking area.
There was a stable warm water supply, and good water pressure.
Communication with the host was good and the owners seemed like nice people, even though they didn't really help with our issues.
Private on-site parking is advertised in the property description, but the private parking was available only once during our stay and as soon as we parked there we got sent away by neighbors who did not allow us to park there. On booking.com it says the accommodation has private parking but we had to park on the street, sometimes 50-100m from the apartment, which is misleading and not what we expected. If we knew this in advance we would have not booked this property.
Venetian blinds don't provide sufficient darkness and adequate coverage of the windows. Kids were awake as soon as the sun was up, before 6am. We asked for a solution but it was not possible during our stay.
Couch in living room was not comfortable for sleeping, consisted of two parts that kept moving.
There was a lot of mold in the shower, which we reported and were told it will be cleaned, but it was not.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - 2 minuty od jeziora, 10 minut spacerem do centrum, 15 do starego miasta. Tuż obok dobrze zaopatrzony sklep. Komfortowe mieszkanie z balkonem, klimatyzacją. Dobrze wyposażone - pralka, zmywarka, suszarka, żelazko itd. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. Świetna komunikacja z hostem. Gospodarz oferuje odbiór z lotniska za 20 euro, co jest bardzo pomocne, bo nie trzeba się martwić taksówką. Wszystko zapewniło nam świetny wyjazd.
Niektóre sprzęty kuchenne wymagają wymiany - np. patelnia, zakamieniony ekspres. W pokoju nie było korkociągu do wina. Ogólnie jednak to drobnostki, mieszkanie było dobrze wyposażone. Byliśmy zadowoleni.
