The owner and his family are truly amazing. The location is really close to the beach and the city center. The apartment was just perfect and we had the most beautiful time. We loved the quiet atmosphere, the clean apartment and building and the welcome that Mr. Fredi and his family gave us. Thank you so much for everything.

Very confortable apartments, impeccably clean, well equiped and matched the photos perfectly . Reaching by foot the beaches (up to 3 island beach), close to all the restaurants, and at the same time enjoying quiet and calm evenings and nights.
Fredi and his familly were amazing hosts, one of the best we’ve ever had, offering us a great welcoming and stay.

The room was comfortable with good AC and a nice bathroom, also a TV and good WiFi. It was clean and fucntionql. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The drawbacks were more the area itself was so busy in peak season, and there was a fair bit of noise but this isn't the fault of the property. For a basic, clean room in Ksamil this was a good choice.
