A truly charming place to stay in Portree! The location is absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms are cosy, comfortable and very clean. Although the accommodation is unstaffed, communication via email was excellent. The staff were always very friendly, helpful and responsive. We would definitely love to come back!
The only downside, which is clearly stated in the accommodation information, is that breakfast is not provided. However, considering that breakfast is not included, I feel the price is a little on the expensive side. It would also have been a lovely addition to have a small fridge in the room, allowing guests to enjoy their own breakfast while taking in the beautiful view.
Another thing that would be appreciated is dedicated parking for guests, as finding a parking space in Portree can be quite challenging.

Location, room amenities, view all exceptional.
Pillows were not great and parking was ok but we were lucky to get one close to the building.

The location was perfect. The bed was rather comfortable. Electric kettle, coffee and tea was a nice surprise.
The bathroom and partially room smelled mouldy. Direction to find our room were not clear enough. When we tried to enter the apartment for the first time it was partially blocked by the chair. There was a gap underneath the main door creating a draft. The accommodation does not provide breakfast options and there is nothing nearby to get early breakfast from. We felt uncomfortable leaving the key in the lockbox, as the key was secured to a wire inside it, and anyone who knew or guessed the code could have accessed our room and belongings.
