It was terrible we couldn’t get out of that appointment quick enough

Nothing

It was dirty the bathroom floor had not being washed for months. There is no proper shower just a make shift shower in a bath and the bath was not clean. There was dirty tea towels and no clean dish cloth to wash the delf. The door were dirty and so were the handles. The pillows were smelly we could not use the bed blankets because they were dirty. There was no air conditioning and they made no effort to get us an extra fan in a heat wave. It spoiled our holiday and we couldn’t stick it out to our full 6 nights we left after five I recommend you stop using this property it doing you no favers.

FIRE EXIT HAZARD – Do not stay at the João Paulo II Apartments!

We were happy with the location.

The inside latch release knob on the door lock pulled off and were effectively trapped inside the apartment. This was very serious FIRE EXIT HAZARD. I had to push the knob back on and then torque the knob against the release shaft to unlock the spring-loaded side-pull latch release mechanism. The shower water was brown, and the water pressure was too low to see if the water could be run until clear and warm. The Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work. The “free parking” got really awkward. 15 minutes after I was shown the empty reserved spot, some one else had parked in this spot. Almost all the other parking spots were vacant. As soon I parked in another spot a local gentleman came by and told me that I couldn’t park there, or there, or there. It got increasingly frustrating because of the apparent language problems. I made some comment regarding that my wife was handling discussions with the lady who gave us the keys. However, in the meantime the lady had left. Because of the delays my wife came down into the parking lot to find me. After some discussion the gentleman took us up to a jewelry store inside the JP2 complex. We were introduced to the store owners and another gentleman who owned the car. This gentleman agreed to move his car. The whole parking event felt very stetchy. I reported these problems to the property manage and I requested a refund for our second night. No response from the property owner. We stayed the second night at the Santa Maria Hotel, and it was awesome.

Very pleasant.

Excellent location

The electricity failed a number of times when the oven (bottom right hob) was turned on. And another plug socket kept making the electric switchboard to turn off... This was the only downside to the property. Otherwise it was excellent.

Passable

Great location

The apartment did not have an air conditioner but the fan only had 1, when the guest asked for more, they did not answer, the service was poor and very bad. The rental price is quite high compared to the surrounding area. I won't choose a second time.
