Badly

The location was perfect. You are in the center of the city and transportation

We didn’t have hot water for two days. The property manager responded after 5 hours and actually didn’t do anything because the boiler was in neighbor apartment. It wasn’t clean. There was mold, spiders and webs at the ceiling.

Excellent location, but the subpar apartment facilities do not justify the price

1. Location was superb. 2. Aircondition was good.

1. Very difficult to find the building as there was no name on the door/intercom, took us 15 minutes to find. 2.Flat was very dirty with lots of cobwebs every corner, we cleaned the flat and took us 20 minutes. Also so many hair on the bed sheet of sofa bed in sitting room. 3. Key lock was very annoying, it used to take us atleast a minute to open/lock the door lock. 4.There was no soap, shampoo, shower gel in the shower room. 5. Washing machine was very smelly like dead rat. 6. TV is there but there are no channels at all, even no streaming apps.

Not a comfortable experience

The location was almost perfect except for the noise of extra noisy young motorcycle drivers.

The room wasn't clean, we saw some stuff the moment we entered the room, i have contacted them through booking but they referred me to their email address as they didn't seem so interested. I think there is also an issue with the plumbing that there was a slight smell coming from the bathroom all the time. The shower wasn't level, and the shower heads were quite rusty. There wasn't any body shower gel only a liquid hand soap. The bed wasn't comfortable, pillows were of a low quality and the sheets were smaller than the bed frame they kept coming off. Also weirdly the entrance was filled with some wood material and trash.

We felt at home throughout our stay in Vienna. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great and getting around the city was very easy. The host was very helpful and always quick to respond. Thank you for helping make our trip to Vienna such a pleasant experience. If we visit Vienna again, we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

La ubicación y aire acondicionado

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, telas de araña en el techo llenas de moscas y arañas, mucho polvo en la habitación, el baño con oxido y humedad. Dicen que no puedes entrar a la casa antes de las 15h por la limpieza, pero parece que solo cambian de sábanas y toallas. A parte, las ventanas no aíslan el ruido de fuera y al ser una avenida principal, se escucha el tráfico toda la noche.
