Se soubesse como era, não teria alugado.

Quem ler esse comentário e quer meu conselho: NÃO ALUGUE esse apartamento, vc vai se arrepender. Eu já tinha me hospedado nesse prédio em outro apartamento, foi maravilhoso, como gostei muito aluguei novamente, sendo que dessa vez ficamos nesse outro, 404. Mofo, barata, panelas arranhadas, pouco utensílios, não tinha pano de prato e somente um pano de chão. Ar condicionado não estava funcionando, falei com a empresa que é responsável, mandei o vídeo e no outro dia foi uma empresa limpar o ar, estava IMUNDO, chega tava preto de pó. Nós ficamos espirrando por conta disso, o segundo quarto só tem um ventilador e é pequeno. As divisórias são de madeira, camas não são confortáveis, enfim eu não recomendo e não voltarei mais para esse, pelo preço tem outro muito melhores, o dono deveria ter mais zelo e a empresa mais responsabilidade pelos seus clientes.

Localização Excelente e bom espação do apto.

Porém, em relação à Higienização, vimos muitas Baratinhas pelo Apto; o que nos Incomodou Muito! Não tinham Tolhas de Rosto, Pano-de-chão, Perfex e Escorredor de Louças, também.
