Neat and clean, location was very quiet and u like it

Cleanliness,location
No one speaks English. Concierge service is only about watching left luggage, nothing else. No assistance with baggage delivery to the room. Guidance in the city and surrounding is very poor. Need to be instructed on concierge service duties.
The smell in the lobby is terrible. Room smells cigaret smoke. WiFi speed is 20-30mbp. Safari,Gmail, google maps,IG,WhatsApp,YouTube doesn’t work.

"All was perfect. This is my 7th stay at this hotel. Staff was helpful. This time I did not take the breakfast. Definitely recommended."
