Very disappointing experience — communication and check-in need significant improvement
Unfortunately, my experience with this property was very disappointing, particularly regarding check-in, communication, and the handling of basic amenities.
Apartment location: The booking information indicated a first-floor apartment, and the photos appeared consistent with this. However, after arriving and spending approximately an hour trying to gain access, I discovered that the apartment provided was actually located in the basement.
Check-in and communication: I arrived at approximately 11:00 PM, which was the arrival time I had previously communicated. When the access code did not work, I repeatedly tried to contact the host by phone and through Booking.com. Unfortunately, I received no assistance at the time and was unable to reach the host when I needed help most.
Air conditioning: Air conditioning was listed as a feature of the apartment. The AC unit was present, but there was no remote control available. I contacted the host in several times through Booking.com asking how I could use it. I received no response until approximately seven hours before checkout, when I was informed that I would have to pay an additional €10 per night to obtain the remote. I could not find any such additional charge stated in my booking information.
Language of communication: The host repeatedly communicated with me in Lithuanian, although I do not speak Lithuanian and had specifically asked several times that communication be in English.
Overall experience: Unfortunately, I found the communication and handling of these issues to be considerably below the standard I would expect from a professional accommodation provider. The late-night check-in problem was particularly stressful, and the subsequent communication did not resolve my concerns satisfactorily.
I would strongly recommend that prospective guests carefully review the accommodation details and confirm the check-in arrangement

Самая ужасная ночь за 20 лет с Booking!!!!
Месторасположение.
Никогда сюда не заселяйтесь. Никогда!!!!! Номер у меня был 3b.
Номер в подвале.
Когда я приехал заселяться - номер был открыт. Какой-то грязный мужик в моем номере варил макароны с сосисками в ЧАЙНИКЕ! Он был сильно пьян.
Когда я спросил, что происходит - он ответил, что тут работает.
Я попробовал позвонить по указанному телефону, но это тоже был он.
Когда он ушёл, я принял решение ночевать.
Грязная квартира, все время я ходил в кроссовках.
В душ сходить не смог - там было ОЧЕНЬ ГРЯЗНО!!!!
СПАЛ Я В ОДЕЖДЕ.
Утром я убегал оттуда.
Такое у меня первый раз за 20 лет.
Ужас!!!!!
