Fantastic stay, everything was wonderful. the accommodation, location, staff. In particular Pere Hors (an amazing chef) and Romnayssa (I hope that's the correct spelling) wonderful hostess. She has a very personable manner and made us feel very welcome. The evening meal we had was as good as any 4 star restaurant. My husband mentioned he liked Tortilla, so Pere made one for his breakfast the following morning. Again fantastic. Thankyou all for a wonderful stay.

We were upgraded to a lavish suite. The inn is in an historic build. Hosts were very welcoming.

Breakfast was sumptuous, with juice and fresh fruit, choice of pastries and homemade cake, and lots of coffee. Surroundings were spotless and the antique rooms elegant. Corinne and François bent over backward to make one comfortable.

There are stairs with many steps [although shallow ones], but plans are under way to install an elevator, and meanwhile François carries the bags up, so I did not find it a hardship.

Corinne and François are wonderful hosts. The house is full of character and breakfast was good. Very central - within walking distance of Canal du Midi , town centre and railway station.

It will be good when fans are fitted as we were there on one of the hottest days of the year!

Amazing location, super friendly staff, picturesque garden and delicious breakfast. Would stay here again!
