This villa is beautiful, the location is walkable to the beach and local restaurants and the added value of having a really, exceptional breakfast included was something I didn't know I needed in a villa stay! It also wasn't awkward as the wonderful ladies would set up on the patio while we were dozing inside. We put in orders each night over Whatapp for the local specials. The midweek clean was also something not usually provided except at extra cost and added to the comfort significantly. The sheets were great too, infact I found the little details really set this villa apart- if felt much more luxuriouse than the price. Aircon worked great, lots of TV channels although we just sat outside with the view most of the time. The pool is a perfect size and we found there was enough shade round it. The shop on the corner is also super handy, they seem to stock everything.
The location is quite windy which took the heat off the pool but we are incredibly wimpy with pools and were still in it each day. Obviously, not a villa problem but be aware as there is no option to heat I believe. Breakfast was served at 6:30am UK time - but was worth getting up for! Bushes could have done with a trim too as they obsured the view unless standing.

It had everything we needed and felt so relaxed with walkable places to eat and a lovely family business feel
Breakfast was served every morning and was prepared in the catering area beneath the villa by the lovely ladies each day.

Super leckeres Frühstück (Obst, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Eier) jeden TG um 9:00 Uhr auf unserer Terrasse angerichtet und ca.45 Min. Später wieder abgeholt.
Neues Haus, bequeme Doppelmatrazen, Vlick über das Meer, super sauber (Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde 1x innerhalb eines Aufenthalts gewechselt, Strandnähe, Restauants und kleiner Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar-es war herrlich!
Eine Kleinigkeit: Es wäre schön gewesen auf dem Esstisch ein kleine gemütliche Lampe zu haben (insbesondere weil es im 19 Uhr schon dunkel war.
Wir waren etwas nervös, weil wir die genaue Anschrift erst 20 Min vor Ankunft mitgeteilt bekamen- dann hat aber alles super per WhatsApp und Telefon geklappt.
