Location is good. It is located just a 2 minute walk from a Metro Station and bus stop. There are also shops nearby from which you can grab a quick bite and they are open relatively late.
Cleanliness is immaculate. The apartment was spotless, pristine and radiated cleanliness.
Facilities and amenities are wonderful. In the living room, there is a Smart TV, an AC Unit, 2 very comfortable sofas. The kitchen is equipped with a dining room table, fridge, microwave, kettle, utensils etc. The bathroom has a washing machine, hot water, bath soap, shampoo etc. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. I could say so much more but in summary, the apartment had everything I needed and more.
Ferdinando the owner is very hospitable. If I had any questions he responded adequately.
I would definitely return to this apartment if I ever visited Budapest again. I am extremely satisfied.
The only disadvantage of the location is that the apartment itself is located in an alleyway that is not well lit - so it can feel a little bit unsafe when returning at night. However, I didn’t have any experiences which threatened my safety.
The apartment complex in which the accommodation is located is not the most appealing on the outside. There are a couple garbage bins as soon as you enter the complex which don’t have the best smell.
At nights it can get pretty chilly. I’m from the Caribbean so even Autumn temperatures are cold for me. The central heating was not yet turned on. Ferdinando told me I could use the AC unit to heat up the place but it did not really do the job. Nonetheless, I was always warm when I slept because the blanket was adequately thick.

Pobyt bardzo dobry! Największym plusem była możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania, za co ogromnie dziękuję – było to dla mnie kluczowe. Poza tym cała reszta w porządku, czysto i bezproblemowo.
Pojawiły się jakieś drobnostki, ale zupełnie nieistotne i niewarte uwagi.
Budynek dość stary, wymaga remontu lub odświeżenia. Sama ulica i najbliższa okolica też niestety były dość brudne, ale wiadomo, że to kwestia miejska i nie jest to wina właściciela.
Jedynym realnym minusem jeśli chodzi o apartament jest jego lokalizacja we wnętrzu budynku oraz fakt, że na parterze przechodzi się bezpośrednio przez strefę ze śmietnikiem, co nie jest zbyt komfortowe.

L’appartement est très bien équipé. Son emplacement pour rayonnait sur la ville, ainsi que le MVM Dôme est parfait - station de métro très proche.
Le lieu est très calme, aucun bruit.
