We had a wonderful stay at Panorama House! Tony was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. Communication was smooth, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We would happily recommend Panorama House to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
Thank you, Tony, for your hospitality!

Tony was an Excellent host. He was quick to reply to communication and was very understanding when our flight was delayed and we arrive after midnight! He met us in person at the parking garage and walked us into the home. He conveyed in his texts that he was there for us for whatever we needed. His place was very clean and nicely decorated. Shampoo etc provided- which was nice as many of the places we stayed in Italy did not provide. It was also nice that 2 large water bottles were awaiting us in the fridge.
We didn't realize we had to pay for parking. We are from the U.S. and didn't realize how expensive parking is in Naples, and that they only take Euros. At least there is a parking garage just down the street and it less than most in the city.

The apartment is in the middle of a residential area with quick access to the Metro. The local people are extremely friendly.
