This property is all about the location, right in the centre beside the restaurant and beach.
We managed fine with this but if anyone in your party can't handle spiral stairs, and stairs in general this property is not for you. Renting beach towels is not an option, and there is no awning on the terrace for shade.

The apartment was perfect in every way for us. The location was gobsmacking and the view from the living room windows was spectacular. The space is generous and well appointed. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. We absolutely loved our stay and the only regret we have is that it was not long enough. We’d love to return again in the future. Collioure is beautiful.

L'emplacement est vraiment bien juste à côté de l'église. On n’entend pas le bruit des restaurants, pas de soucis de ce côté-là, un peu d'odeur principalement dans la cage d'escalier. L'appartement est très bien avec plusieurs 3 chambres isolées et 2 chambres peu isolées du salon. Le salon est grand et on peut manger tous ensemble.
Le gros point noir est la terrasse inutilisable et pas signalée dans l'annonce car l'évacuation du restaurant donne sur la terrasse... Impossible d'étendre du linge à l'extérieur alors pour prendre l'apéritif...
2 chambres peu isolées donnant sur le salon et cuisine.
Appartement peu lumineux car les fenêtres sont petites. On se sent enfermés et ce n'est pas très agréable pour déjeuner et passer du temps au salon. Très gênant le soir par exemple.
Internet très lent voir quasi inutilisable (impossible de travailler ou faire une visio) - A priori c'est un problème dans beaucoup d'endroits à Collioure.
