The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed for a stay of several days. It has a full set of dishes, a hob, and a refrigerator stocked with drinks available for an extra charge. In fact, it is a normally equipped, well-maintained apartment. The entire building has been renovated, and the apartment is located on the top, third floor, wchich can be reached by lift. The building has also a private pool. The apartment is clean, and both the bed linen and towels smell fresh. I really have no complaints about the apartment itself. The keys are kept in a lockbox outside, allowing for self check-in. Many shops are nearly, with supermarket approximately 150 meters away. There are also bus stops very close by, with connections to Radat, Valetta, and other parts of the island running every few minutes. Communication with the owner was excellent, Melanie responds very quickly to questions and requests. If anything could be improved, it would be replacing the batteries for the standing fan and sealing the shower tray, as water leaks out slightly through the closed shower door. Halfway along the ground-floor corridor of the stairwell, when the automatic light came on (negative phototaxis), one of the local cockroaches (Periplaneta americana) scurried under a cabinet a few metres in front of us. This is standard for such a climate, and as an entomologist, it made no impression on me. I never encountered it there again.
On the last night, after midnight, two people spent an hour struggling with the lock to the neighbouring room, making it difficult to sleep. However, the place is generally quiet and allowed for a very good rest.
I’ll put it this way: if I visit Malta for a fourth time, I would consider staying here again, because the minor issues I mentioned are insignificant compared with the genuinely high level of comfort the apartment provides!

Tiszta volt és modern. Pozitív volt hogy figyeltek arra hogy félidőnél legyen törölköző es lepedő cserélve, illetve ki legyen takarítva. Ez az apartmanoknál nem szokás, szóval köszönjük.
Az apartmanhoz tartozott rooftop medence használat amit szinten tisztán tartanak.
A klíma pont az ággyal szemben van, így elkerülhetetlen, hogy esténként rád fújja a hideg levegőt. Mi megpróbáltuk egy picit arrébb húzni az ágyat illetve a hideg levegőt az ellenkező irányba fújatni, de így is sikerült kicsit megfázni, de ez máltai sajátosság hiszen kint meleg van, bent pedig muszáj klímát használni.

Blisko sklep, piekarnia i przystanki autobusowe, winda bo mieszkanie na 3 piętrze.
Największy szok po wejściu do mieszkania, było wpisane przy rezerwacji , że jest to 60 metrowy apartament, okazało się, że ledwo ma 40 metrów. W małym pokoju klimatyzacja, zbyt mocna na tak małe pomieszczenie i wieje prosto w twarz jak się śpi. Za to w salonie jedynie wiatrak,który mieli gorące powietrze, mielimy 30 st. Okna z kuchni i łazienki wychodzą na mury wewnętrzne, gdzie są klimatyzatory, co powoduje nawiew gorącego powietrza do mieszkania. Nie ma sensu otwierać. Drzwi balkonowe otwierają się na zewnątrz, balkon ma wiekość drzwi. Wszędzie wilgoć, na klatce odpada tynk, są zacieki. Basen był bardzo mętny, zielony ślad z glonów na ścianie wokół basenu. Lodówka w kuchni w połowie zapełniona płatnymi napojami. W kuchni jedna wielka, stara patelnia, brak małej. Na klatce schodowej był karaluch.
