Exceptionally well presented with quality furnishings and fitments. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Rear courtyard done beautifully and a welcome outside space.
Street outside very dirty with litter everywhere , mainly food and sweet wrappers.

The property is really pretty, lovely decor and the outside space was really good. It had everything we needed. We had no trouble parking on the street. The property is easy walking distance to the old town and to the beach, although we found walking down to the lido and down the promenade nicer than through the streets. Some great bars, cafes and restaurants. we had the most delicious lunch at the harbour arm.
There’s quite a bit of rubbish in the street and neighbouring streets which really lets the place down as it’s in a great location. There is renovation works next door although they always started at a reasonable time

The house was very comfortable, everything you need for a self catering holiday
The rear bedroom only had a wooden blind, the room became very light after 5am, a long mirror would have been nice. Also the WC seat was loose and didn't fit the wc.

The house was just what we needed for our first trip to Kent. Using it as a base to explore neighbouring towns and resorts. It had a lovely court yard at the back which catches the evening sun. Although it has off street parking we always managed to find a spot outside the house.
The property next door is currently being renovated and we were woken up to the sound of drilling at 7.30am most mornings!
