Large house with private pool. It is in a gated community so it is very quiet and feel safe. The beach is at 5 min walk.
Maybe missing a dishwasher in the kitchen.

I always forget just how truly hot and humid it is along the Costa Rican coastline. Tambor is no exception. So having an air conditioner in every room including the bedrooms was a necessity and a plus for this property. The layout of the combined living + dining + kitchen was great as well.
We had a problem in that the electricity wasn't working initially for an important section of the house. The owner was good to send us videos for a lot of opertations but NOT where to find the electrical panel ahead of arrival. He was quick however to respond to our problem. We were there for the early FIFA games and my 2 grandsons and I are huge fans. We brought our own laptop with the ability to watch the games as a streaming. The WIFI wasn't strong enough so the signal kept dropping off while we were watching the game. The kitchen was well stocked but we had to go out and buy a shaker of salt and pepper. We brought our own food and drinks but didn't expect we needed to bring salt and pepper.

La casa impecable, super equipada. La piscina ideal si visitas con niños, en especial tiene una área bajita para que los pequeños disfruten! La ubicación de la casa dentro de los delfines es un plus, el lugar es hermoso, acogedor, la playa a 5 minutos. Hay duchas y baños en la playa, buena sombra, hay mesitas y hay un restaurante frente al mar! Es espectacular!!
