The location was ideal, and close to all of the activities in the old town.
The rooms were nice, but having the staff across the street was not as convenient. Everyone was very friendly, but I think I would’ve preferred not coming into a dark lobby across the street.

The room is in the heart of the old town, withing walking distance from all sightseeings and the train station. Very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast served at Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town, which is across the street. Prompt communication with the management via messages.
We stayed in Room 201. Although the property is advertised as an apartment, it is, in fact, a large studio that can accommodate up to four guests. This is a significant distinction, particularly for a mixed group of people travelling together (e.g. couples or friends), as the open-plan layout offers considerably less privacy than separate rooms in a conventional apartment. Had this been clearly stated in the listing, we would most likely have chosen different accommodation.
Furthermore, despite having booked the room for three guests, only two coffee capsules were provided, and these were never replenished during our stay.
Lastly, there was a persistent unpleasant, mouldy smell coming from the bathroom drainage, which made it necessary to keep the ventilation fan running continuously in an attempt to minimise the issue.

Great central location, quite stylish, no problem accessing the room etc.
It’s right on a Main Street so at night it can be very noisy with late night revellers.
