Kiváló helyen van. Nagyon jól felszerelt apartman, tiszta és biztonságos. Nagyon szép kilátás, közel van a strand, üzletek stb.
Mivel nem a legforgalmasabb parton van, emiatt igazából tömeg sincs és ez nagyon előnyére válik.
Szerettem és szerintem vissza fogok menni.
Aki várost nézni akar, annak vagy autó vagy taxi, de az se vészes.
Jahh.
1. A hely a legfelső emeleten van, ott van a kulcsdoboz is. Lentebb ne is próbálkozz a kóddal
2. Mielőtt bárki a lépcsőn viszi fel a csomagjait, vegye át a kulcsot és nézzen körül ahogy én szoktam. Van lift, csak elsőre nem egyértelmű. Föntről már az :-)

Die Lage des Appartments und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Ebenso die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.
Nur begrenzt kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe. Aber dafür eine sehr großer Parkplatz gegenüber für zurzeit 1 € die Stunde

Nice apartment on a fantastic location. Well-equipped and spacious, great communication with the rental agency (they are in GB, and it is slightly complicated to check in, but everything went smoothly). Very nice, large balcony, with a sea view and the view on the sportsground in front. The apartment is in the area that has been upgraded very much recently, and is now perhaps the best area in Split if beach and bathing is most important for you. For digital nomads: There is a small table and simple office chair that can be used to work. All in all, a great place, would gladly stay there again.
There is some noise from the sportsgrounds in front of the apartment, until late at night. The kitchen is a bit small and dark, but good enough for simple cooking.

The location was fabulous - not as advertised, but because of the work being done on the coast, it is a great place to be. Supermarket is minutes away and has a great little bakery within and the nearby cafe bars are amazing.
Apartment is clean and acceptable the way it is, but maybe due for a refurb? Also, TV in living area could do with an update. Maybe USB/cordless charging facility would be great as well.
