Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and didn’t hear neighbours or the pool. Room we got was a corner room so had lots of light. I’d say the property was as described on Booking.com.
Smaller things added up. Reception wasn’t staffed regularly and not when hours said it would. But generally WhatsApp responses were quick (although the information card had the wrong number so we had to find it ourselves). Getting new towels similarly took time. The soap was empty when we got there (but staff gave us an extra room clean to make up for it). Our room somewhat faced the main road that was between the ocean and the hotel - good views but the car noise was noticeable. Didn’t overly bother us but might trouble a light sleeper.
