Great for friends travelling

Fantastic location, well equipped & a great size.

If you were travelling as a group of friends then this place would be perfect, but we were travelling for work and expected something a little more high end.

Ok, but uncomfortable with issues

The location is great

Beds loose and creaked, no tea spoons, shower head just a stream not a large spray. the drain in the shower clogged Not enough lighting in the stairs, found it very dangerous. No warning about the stairs being shallow and many. The hall way needs cleaning daily. The bins in the hall way, Are illegal and smell badly. The lino in the hall is peeling up is very dangerous. People in the Collins mall on a Saturday night, I had to ring police twice, because of the noise. A heater in the bathroom as it's very cold. Need towel rails in the bathroom at least 4 double rails as we were drying our towels on the end of our beds.

Good stay.

Great location and did have all amenities we required.

Not clean enough and the entrance climbing up the stairs to the apartment weren’t great and should be in the description on the booking.

Great location but could be updated and cleaning improved.

Location, size, Comfortable large bed

Floors were very dirty, no fans or AC. Basin sink tap around the wrong way which is dangerous.

Location

Place was cold and hard to heat , the building itself was a bit dodgy and the garbage smell was intense from all the garbage bins that were filled and in the corridoors downstairs

It was a little dark to get into the key safe. Great number of beds 2 toilets kitchen

freezing in some rooms - no heater / windows that could not be closed food on the floor a rusty hairpin in the shower big bed like a board 2nd big bed - not much to it the internet did not not work - could get 1 channel on TV no teaspoons
