If you have a car, you'll have no idea how critical the private parking in the garage is till you get there. The public parking lot around the apartment is an absolute zoo. Even finding parking there for just a few minutes with flashers on (while you go up to the apartment and back for the garage remote) is insane. So a huge 10 for the garage.
There's also an elevator across from the parking space within the garage that's a little hidden but very useful.
The owner is extremely responsive and helpful.
The place was spotless and the water and cookies were a thoughtful gesture.
It's a good 23 minute walk to the center of Old Town (36 minutes to the ferry). But it's just 7 minutes walk from the best shopping mall (Joker Mall) in the city. Plenty of stores and restaurants around.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to let us check in early, for which we were extremely grateful. In addition, the apartment has everything needed for a stay, from a kettle, complete cookware and tableware, an iron, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner... basically everything any home possesses. The hosts also left a chilled bottle of water in the fridge and welcome cookies. The bed linen and towels were clean and ironed. Dish soap, hand soap, shower gel... The car is safe in the garage, which can be accessed directly by elevator from the building or from the outside (the outside entrance is locked at night). Therefore, highly recommended for those who want a quiet location, secure parking, and a clean and tidy apartment. They truly pay attention to details and small gestures of hospitality that leave a strong impression.

L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, moderno, recentemente ristrutturato e con tutto il necessario!
Il terrazzo è una chicca in cui poter cenare o rilassarsi davanti ad un aperitivo dopo una giornata di mare vedendo il tramonto.
Host reattivo e super disponibile, check-in semplice e tante indicazioni utili per il soggiorno!
La zona è a 30 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia ma è una passeggiata tranquilla e comunque servita dai mezzi.
Il garage privato è grande, comodo e perfetto per una città come Spalato.
Un posto dove tornare assolutamente!

la casa era grande per 3 persone e robert è stato molto bravo e simpatico
mancanza di alcune necessità come il sale e qualche alimento per cucinare. capisco che non sono obbligatori, ma aiutano molto
