Unfortunately, our stay at Hanoi Traveller House did not quite live up to our expectations. From the photos, the place looks much more attractive and welcoming than it actually feels in person.
The reception area was quite dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the terrace was very disorganized and not well maintained, with dirt and things left scattered around.
On the positive side, the room itself was comfortable, and our balcony faced the city, offering a beautiful view of Hanoi. However, during the night there was quite a lot of noise, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.
Overall, the accommodation has potential, especially because of its location and the lovely city views, but it would benefit greatly from better cleaning, organization, and maintenance.
The common areas are dirty and smell bad.”

Very cheap and close to everything, staff are very responsive and I even booked my Ha Gisng tour with them
The noises from the bar downstairs can be heard from the room even though it stops by midnight it can still be hard to sleep. The 4-bed dorm is really small and it’s so hard to open a luggage without blocking the way
