Tolle Lage aber mit riesengrossen technischen Mängeln und ungenügender Ausstattung

Hervorragende Lage mitten im Zentrum und vom Parkhaus in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Es gab keine Handtücher (nur Duschtücher) und Seife in den Badezimmern und auch in der Küche kein einziges Geschirrtuch. Schlimmer aber: wir hatten am ersten Tag kein Warmwasser. Als das Problem gelöst waren haben sich am zweiten Tag alle Heizkörper von alleine voll aufgeheizt und wir hatten eine Riesenhitze in der Wohnung. Das Problem wurde dann wieder gelöst worauf wir aber wieder kein warmes Wasser hatten und wir mussten den Boiler wieder "reseten". Dann das Allerschlimmste, die Toilette im einen Badezimmer hat nicht mehr gespült und ist übergelaufen. Das Problem konnte für den Rest des Aufenthaltes nicht mehr gelöst werden. Der Vermieter hat uns als Entschuldigung eine Preisreduktion versprochen, was ich schriftlich mitgeteilt bekommen hatte. Ich musste dafür meine Bankdaten hinterlegen. Trotz meiner mehrmaligen Nachfrage habe ich bis heute kein Geld zurückbekommen und meine Nachrichten wurden auch nicht mehr beantwortet. Deshalb ist diese Unterkunft zu meiden, da zu viele technische Probleme aufgetreten sind und wir insbesondere vom Vermieter betrogen worden sind, da wir keine Rückerstattung erhalten haben obwohl er diese versprochen hat.

Appartement très bien situé au centre-ville, dans un ancien hôtel particulier du XVIème siècle. Un parking payant est à quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement en duplex est très spacieux, la literie excellente.

Système de caution en ligne à remplir avant de recevoir des instructions pour trouver les clés, dans une boîte à clés située contre une gouttière et dans une autre rue, tout ceci est bien expliqué mais rend l'accueil un peu froid.

L’emplacement, l’espace et surtout d’avoir nos propres sanitaires pour chaque couple. Le contact avec la conciergerie, très disponible et professionnel.

On a eu froid dans le séjour.
