May was incredible helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. The appartement was spotless and the furniture comfortable. It's in a great location and we had no issues with noise from the street (on a warm Friday evening). Very good for food/drink etc in the immediate neighbourhood, also good public transport into the city centre. This stay greatly exceeded my expectations and was very good value for money.
The flat could do with a corkscrew and it's slightly odd only to have two of everything (forks, plates, glasses etc). It works, but is not that welcoming in what is otherwise a very welcoming appartement.

Ideal location.
I was disappointed by the poor provision of facilities in the apartment. I’d have liked a small table beneath the TV to eat at, better kitchen equipment to cook with, a shelf in the bathroom for my washing kit, and a handle over the bath to make stepping in and out safer.
