Photo is legit from the lounge room balcony! Amazing location. Everything walkable. Great little apartment. Aircon was key. Would love to come back!

The location is the best, if you love to have cafe, restaurants around you and feel the vibe of Avignon.
If the weather is hot, it's not a good idea to stay in the old city, since AC are not allowed to install in the old building of Avignon and the AC we had in the room made very loud noises. It's very hard to find a proper sleep, since it is in the city, there are noises: car, people talking and passing by, the cafes closing and opening again, the city cleaning team.... everything but sleep 😴

L’emplacement est vraiment bien. La déco et le choix du mobilier sont très plaisants. Les linges sont de qualité et sentent bons.
Le matériel abîmé non remplacé (Le détecteur de fumée posé dans le meuble TV et une des lampes de chevet manquait, l’abat-jour était dans le placard). Dans le même placard à vêtement, l’aspirateur Karcher qui prend toute la place.
Le pt frigo sert-il encore? On ne sait pas il puait terriblement quand on l’ouvre.
Le ménage aléatoire (mégots sur le balcon et tapis sens dessus-dessous), les traces sur le gd miroir du salon, les miettes sur le tapis et la chaise.
L’équipement cuisine mal rangé et les casseroles sales sont toutes rayées (vive les particules cancérigènes).
L’isolation phonique est déplorable (c’est le sort des vieilles bâtisses).
Le produit de douche arrivait à la fin et était coupé avec beaucoup d’eau (alors que le bidon est sous lévier).
Du coup, il y a un décalage entre la réalité et les photos qui nous a un peu déçu. Il a fallu qu’on nettoie et qu’on arrange les choses pour que ca soit un peu plus cosy comme sur les images.
