It's a beautiful and spacious appartment, very close to the beach facilities. Offers place and all comfort for 6. Two well equipped bathrooms, closets in the bedrooms. Big kitchen contains all you need. We were amazed by the space in general.
The high end building is very well isolated to both sound and light from outside or the other 2 floors.
There's a Carrefour store at walking distance + any other necessity you might face.
The owners are super friendly and helpful.
As it is an appartment, you might find some left-over hair- and shower products. I suggest buying what you need at the store instead of carrying it in your luggage.
Finally, the location is ideal for both beach holiday or sightseeing around the province, as Abruzzo has a lot to offer naturewise.
If anything, than maybe just a parking spot. Pescara is quite busy and when renting a car it's a benefit to have a parking spot. But we were able to park nearby.

Butas erdvus, tvarkingas. Jame yra visko ko mums reikejo. Labai gražus, erdvus balkonas. Šeimininkas draugiškas, paslaugus.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and in an excellent location. The large terrace was a wonderful bonus, and the owner was extremely kind and welcoming.
Only minor issues — the hot water in the shower didn’t last very long, and we would have appreciated proper (non-plastic) wine glasses :D
