Reconsider

The host was good at communicating before check in.....can't fault that. Clear check in instructions.

OK.....rated in terms of how much they affected my stay.... 1) Loud noise from the only air conditioned bedroom in the property (you may be misled by the advertised air-conditioning on the booking, *IMPORTANT* please be aware that only one room has this. Anyway, there is a loud noise from a vent, I attempted to call and message owner regarding this. Even though she opened my message an hour after, she didn't reply until 7am. The reply was ambiguous, suggesting either this was an ongoing issue or they had entered the property whilst we were there (image attached). Either way, we ended up moving mattresses to the living room (image attached). This noise made it impossible to sleep. 2. The A/C in the bedroom is poor, a small unit which doesn't cool the room effectively. 3. Washing away the hair and dirt of other people upon staying (image attached). 4. Lack of cleaning in the property (images attached of thick dust, cobwebs and other people's hair). 5. *IMPORTANT* No hot water.....something not listed on the booking. 6. Big cockroach roaming the house (this was noted in a previous review and the owner absolutely slated the resident for a lack of cleanliness......I can assure you this was not an issue with us). 7. Terms and conditions shared by the owner after booking. Not an issue as we are married, won't drink alcohol in the property etc etc but this is a violation of Booking.com's terms, these should be explicitly listed at the time of booking, not an after condition. To sum it up simply, I stayed here for an evening before travelling. All I sought was a good night's sleep.......I left more tired than when I arrived. A bit like going to a restaurant hungry and leaving even more hungry. If you have basic standards or cleanliness, require AC and do not wish to clean away other people's hair/dust....then reconsider. In order to be transparent, I requested a full refund from Booking.

The property was big and very close to the airport which is what we needed.

The property is in need of a deep clean, new pillows, blankets, launch furniture needs repairing/replacing and it would be great to have some info around places to eat/things to do and see in the area.
