We booked the apartment with the balcony on the top floor.
The good:
Room is a good size, internet is great, lounge and room is well equipped for doing work, free coffee was nice, room was clean, bed comfortable, nice shower and budget friendly.
The bad:
Safety and Privacy; we returned back to the hotel around 11pm to find the front door was held open with a bin. As there's no additional security features (or staff present) past the front door, it left the entire building open to anyone.
The balcony is shared with the adjacent room too, which isn't great for both privacy or safety either. It's a fairly big space, so I'm not sure why the management hasn't installed a basic partition to separate the space for the 2 rooms.
The biggest gripe is the lack of sound proofing.
When we returned to our room the TV nextdoor came through so loud we had to check whether our TV was on. I don't even think our neighbour had their TV on that loud, it's just the rooms are have paper thin material between them.
Bad points outweigh the good, and I wouldn't stay here again.

Clean and quiet
It was a hot day (heat waves), there is no AC and we was surprised that they didn’t put a fan for us.
Since the frontdesk is closed when we arrived, we haven’t choice to sleep without cooling system, and it’s not confortable at all.
