Location, cleanliness and that it was single storey
No microwave, shower over bath and the welcome basket was empty apart from a packet of crisps and biscuits. Normally we would bring milk, coffee, sugar etc but were expecting it to be provided. I had a to find somewhere open on a Sunday evening so that we could have a drink. We subsequently found coffee (not coffee pods) in a drawer.
