The quiet atmosphere and relaxing environment made it the perfect place to unwind. The location was great, with plenty of beautiful trail walks, caves and other attractions nearby.
We were especially happy that we could bring our dog, who thoroughly enjoyed the large garden. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, a lovely, peaceful place in a great area.
Unfortunately, we found that the description of the accommodation could have been clearer. We were not fully aware that the owners lived immediately next door, which made the stay feel slightly awkward at times, as we had the impression that we were being watched. This may simply have been our personal feeling, but it did affect our sense of privacy and comfort.
The garden furniture could also benefit from being replaced, as some of it felt quite unstable. In general, we feel that the photos on the Booking.com listing could be updated to give guests a more accurate and current impression of the property.
That said, these are relatively minor points and did not take away from the overall enjoyable aspects of our stay.
