Stunning home in Karbuni
Fantastic and spacious vacation home with pool, in beautiful surroundings almost directly on the sea. It leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Whether spacious terraces on each floor with correspondingly luxurious garden furniture and sun loungers, or a view of the sea, as you know it only from glossy magazines, it is all there. The property is built in a modern style, with the interior furnishings embodying a timeless sensuality through elegant lines and minimalist design. The simplicity of the design and the carefully selected details exude elegance and prestige.
The domicile consists of two residential units connected by external staircases. The penthouse apartment on the second floor has a living area of about 90 m² and offers an open bedroom with bathtub, living area, kitchen, walk-in closet and toilet. The whole apartment has large sliding glass doors on three sides, as well as a spacious glass terrace of about 80 m² in area and with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands as far as the eye can see.
On the first floor is the largest terrace, from which you enter the kitchen with living area and from the living area interior stairs lead to the second floor, where there are five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the pool with sun loungers. If you want to swim, snorkel or dive in the sea, then a few steps downhill will take you to the concrete plateau, where two kayaks are also waiting for you, so you can explore the quiet bay while enjoying the sea and life in this region to the fullest.
