I this beautiful apartment you can enjoy the morning sun in the courtyard, in the afternoon / evening the terrace is full of sunshine by the water, and the day can be concluded by enjoying the beautiful sunset. The architects of this house have been inspired by the old Bindesbøll houses of Skagen. The houses fit nicely in the old harbor. On Odsherred you can spend good active vacations. The 27 km long path Isefjordsti is good for cycling and hiking. You can fish everywhere. Here are also special light conditions, the light here is described as particularly intense. Perhaps also because Odsherred is surrounded on three sides by water on which the sunlight is reflected. 5 km away is the old Rørvig, from where a ferry goes to Hundested on Sjælland. The apartment also includes an enclosed sun yard. The house is heated with district heating. As a tenant of the apartment you have free access to the bathhouse of the harbor, which is open in summer and winter. The house is heated in an energy-friendly way with CO2-neutral district heating. At the Kattegat north of Nykøbing you can swim well. The apartment also includes the bathhouse in the harbor, which you can use for free, even if you love ice bathing.
