On a hill in Pjescana Uvala, a picturesque vacation resort just 3 km from the Roman city of Pula, is this gorgeous villa with several apartments. All apartments captivate with tasteful furniture and balcony. From the balcony almost all apartments have panoramic views of the surroundings and the coast. CIP132 extends over the whole 2nd floor and consists of 3 smaller units. Two of them will have an additional living room from which you can access the covered terraces with panoramic sea views. From the covered terrace of the 3rd unit you will also have panoramic views.On the very well maintained property you will find a beautiful pool. At the pool is a barbecue fireplace available for all guests. To the sandy and pebble beach it is 200 m via a staircase. Well-known restaurants, including two slow food restaurants, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Near the port in Pula, the amphitheater with many different events also awaits you. Visit the resort of Verudela, located on the peninsula opposite Pjescana Uvala. Here you will be spoiled with local cuisine in the restaurants. The peninsula has many pebble and rocky beaches, numerous opportunities for young and old to experience something, some beach bars and even a casino. Pula invites you to street parties, here you will find sights, stores and cozy cafes.
