Step out onto the spacious terraces that surround the house. Depending on the time of day, choose between sunny and sheltered areas and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this secluded spot. The unspoilt grounds offer plenty of space to relax and blend harmoniously into the surrounding heathland. Hiking trails start right by the house and lead through the island’s characteristic countryside.
Discover the charms of Sønderstrand on Rømø. The wide sandy beach is within easy walking distance and is perfect for long walks, swimming trips and sporting activities. The Wadden Sea, with its unique flora and fauna, is also very close by. Pick up some fresh bread rolls from the baker in the morning and then visit the harbour town of Havneby with its shops, restaurants and cafés. Play a round of golf, tennis or mini-golf and enjoy the relaxed island atmosphere.
