In this bright and welcoming cottage you will stay only 800 meters from Snogebæk and 150 meters from Balka beach. The house is a traditional vacation home with a beautiful covered terrace, where you can enjoy all the delicious dishes and drinks for which the island is so famous. The internet is free and Chromecast is also available. E.g. eat freshly smoked, warm fish directly from the smoker in the fresh air, a delight.
Perhaps Bornholm's greatest attraction are the enormous granite cliffs rising dramatically from the sea and the large white sandy beaches on the south coast, which invite you to sunbathe and swim in summer and take refreshing walks in stiff breezes in autumn. Watch in the small cozy harbors how in the smokehouses the fresh herring becomes a smoked Bornholmer and try the specialty Sol over Gudhjem (Sun over Gudhjem), where a golden smoked herring is served with capers, raw onions and an egg yolk. Bornholm is a mecca for anglers, who can expect unique experiences especially in autumn, winter and spring.
