Modern accommodation overlooking the equipped garden with olive and citrus trees and pool. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people, also has technological systems such as the electric card, an excellent alarm system and latest generation wifi coverage. Equipped outdoor area with barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by a green lawn and a partially paved sun terrace, pool house with WC and shower. On the natural plot of around 800 m2 there is a children's play area with slide and swing.
Ideal location for exploring the area and the sights of the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse: the beautiful nature reserve of Vindicari (about 35 km); the beautiful Unesco Baroque towns of Ragusa superiore, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Noto are within easy reach; 60 km the art city of Syracuse with its cultural diversity. For nightlife lovers: 8 km Pozzallo and 20 km Marzamemi with its many bars. For sun worshippers: the beautiful sandy beach is only 250 m away.
