This pretty terraced house, without vis-à-vis, offers a beautiful tiled south-facing terrace, part of which is covered and overlooks the garden where you can enjoy the sun and shade depending on the temperature and weather. A beautiful functional kitchen opens onto a pleasant living room adjoining 2 bright bedrooms. A beautiful vacation home where you can breathe in the sea air at breakfast. You can then have lunch in one of the restaurants located on the beach overlooking the sea before trying out the various water sports on offer such as sailing, jet skiing, diving. There are attractions for young and old, such as the go-kart track 3 km away, the Sérignan mini-golf course 13 km away, the Europark de Vias 25 km away or the Valras-Plage casino (1 km). Visit the Museum of Contemporary Art 6 km away and the Archaeological Museum in Portiragnes 15 km away. Continue your journey: Béziers is only 17 km away and you can go on a gourmet escapade on the Canal du Midi aboard a houseboat.
