The friendly staff, the hotel’s interior design, its location and secure paid parking. Street parking is also available for free.
The comfort of the bed and cleanliness.
The breakfast was also good with a good selection.
We weren’t made aware of the €50 per person deposit. Booking.Com needs to make people aware of this beforehand.
On check out this wasn’t deducted from the bill, it would be refunded back onto the payment card afterwards. This could make the stay unaffordable for some. It should be deducted off the bill.

It was quite clean and comfortable.
Parking fee was 13 euro per day, so it can be less because the area was not crowded. Additionally, the hotel got 100 euro deposit for our stay, for the room without fridge was nonsense.

Location
- Garage to pay each day.
- breakfast is very poor & not flexible for the hours
- no restaurant for the weekend
- Staff
1) unpleasant, tattoo on arms, rude
2) not helpful at all (ex: booked 2 rooms (travel: family) we don't need to send a request, the staff should give us 2 rooms at the same floor)
3) not professional except the manager Helene (only after many complaints!)
Ex: our room was not done & no towels. A total surprise: one night!!
- no excuses from the staff when the mistakes were done by them especially from the reception Typical french attitude!
