Are you looking for a comfortable vacation home near the sea? Then this house with a private outdoor pool might be something for you.
Look forward to a relaxing and very comfortable vacation in this vacation home. The house is brightly furnished, well equipped and offers plenty of space. Jump into the pool in the morning and enjoy your morning coffee in the covered terrace area. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax on the sun loungers by the pool with an ice-cold refreshment. End the day on the terrace with a glass of wine.
The house also has a privately fenced garden, which is a lovely place for rest and relaxation. You live 1.5 km from the pebble beach, where you are sure to spend many hours swimming, sunbathing and playing.
Nearby is the town of Rovinj, which is certainly worth a visit. The historic coastal town offers many good restaurants and cafés. Stroll through the alleyways of the old town, enjoy a coffee or ice-cold refreshment on the harbor promenade or visit the baroque Church of St. Euphemia.
