Charming cottage on two floors on a beautiful wooded nature plot, 175 m from the beautiful beach of Balka and only 400 m from Snogebæk.
Many a lovely day is guaranteed in this nicely and modernly furnished vacation home. Fire up the stove on a cooler day or make yourself comfortable with a good book on the Fatboy beanbag in the reading corner. In the spacious kitchen you can cook extensively with plenty of space, with the finished dish you can directly access a large and sunny wooden terrace with inviting dining area with lounge furniture and gas grill. In addition to the bedroom on the first floor, another three bedrooms with guest toilet await you on the 1st floor, one of them with access to a magnificent wooden terrace, where you can fully enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee in hand.
You live in the popular area near Balka and reach the child-friendly beach and a summer café in just a few minutes. You can have a delicious ice cream at the small harbor. You are also not far from the charming Nexø. It is highly recommended to take a trip to cozy Svaneke with its fine stores, restaurants and more.
