Homey semi-detached house with sea view and beautiful location above Allinge Sandvig community.
Welcome to this cozy cottage, suitable for both a couple and a family with children. In the heart of home life, the open-plan kitchen-living room with common area, you can relax, watch TV, listen to the radio or music and prepare your favorite dishes together. In the living room there is a double sofa bed (140 cm).
From the living room you have access to a beautiful wooden terrace with outdoor furniture, from which you can enjoy the view of the sea, and a large communal garden and playground right by the house. You also have access to a shared washing machine, dryer and heated outdoor pool.
Be sure to visit the cozy community of Allinge-Sandvig for great shopping, restaurants, and more. You'll stay close to some of the island's most popular destinations, such as the breathtaking Helligdomsklipperne or the impressive ruins of Hammerhus Castle. You can reach an excellent swimming beach just 1 kilometer away, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea for hours. To the nearest stretch of coastline, where you can take wonderful walks, it is only 400 meters.
