Beautiful and comfortable house in a beautiful well tended spacious garden.
Response time to information enquiry: more than 24h.
Hidden fees: attempted, not paid for heating (not used), nor cleaning fees (the house was left reasonably clean)
Anytime non refundable policy: I am used to it for 72h before booking starts.

Das gesamt Anwesen ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage biete sich für Radtouren an die Küste an.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, Bügeleisen, -Brett und einen Föhn.
Eine gute Bäckerei ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Charmantes und ruhig gelegenes Haus. Nette Vermieter und sehr gepflegtes Gelände. Das Haus hat eigentlich alles, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt und bleibt trotz Hitze innen angenehm kühl. Nach unseren Wanderungen/Ausflügen haben wir den Tag immer auf der hauseigenen Terasse ausklingen lassen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Im Ort gibt es eine Boulangerie mit köstlichen Törtchen und gutem Baguette. Drei weitere Bäckereien sowie ein Carrefour befinden sich im Nachbarort Goderville.
Bretteville eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Alabasterküste, Rouen und der etwas weiter entfernten Landungsstrände.
Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt!
Das WLAN war recht langsam - von Highspeed würde ich hier nicht sprechen. War jetzt aber auch nicht schlimm für uns.

Mooi gelegen, mooie tuin
De mogelijkheid om privé buiten te zitten is bij de kleine cottage zeer beperkt. Geen uitzicht.
Meubilair van de kringloop geen bezwaar maar de kastjes waren muf en shabby. Bed heel klein
